Job Requirements:
1. B2B Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets
- Identify high-growth opportunities
- Drive pipeline development and ensure consistent conversion of leads into business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Optimize sales performance through data-driven decision-making
2. Key Account Management (Advanced)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and large accounts
- Develop account plans to maximize revenue and customer retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
3. Channel & Distribution Management
- Develop and manage distributor networks across assigned regions
- Evaluate distributor performance and implement improvement plans
- Expand channel reach through onboarding new partners
- Ensure effective inventory planning and product availability
- Align distributor strategies with company sales objectives
4. Commercial Negotiation & Pricing
- Lead contract negotiations with key clients and distributors
- Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market conditions
- Manage margins while ensuring business profitability
- Structure commercial agreements and long-term contracts
- Handle complex negotiations with corporate and industrial clients
5. Market Intelligence & Business Development
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Track industry developments within the lubricants sector
- Support new product introductions and market penetration strategies
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

7–10 years of experience in B2B sales within the lubricants, and oil & gas sectors

Proven track record in managing regional sales and achieving revenue targets

Strong exposure to industrial and automotive lubricants segments
