Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, research and contact prospective key customers to develop a sustained sales pipeline in the countries of the South East Asia
• To achieve established sales targets in accordance with the organization’s overall sales strategy
• Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and break into weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual sales action plan to achieve the sales targets
• Effectively deliver client’s value proposition, demonstrating an in depth understanding of the products.
• Negotiate and manage the contracts with clients in accordance to the Company’s guideline
• Promote the products capabilities to potential clients
• Refer sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organizationDesired Experience:
• Bachelor degree, major in E&E engineer , IT or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of sales experiences in the lighting / construction industries of which 3 years in a SEA regional role
• Strong sales and deal closing deal skills
• High integrity and result oriented
• Flexible and adapt to fast changing environment
• Excellent communication skill and good command in both oral and written English
