- Responsible for all business development related matters with industrial Services to Automotive and Manufacturing Industries.
- Good Understanding of Value Selling and After Market activities.
- Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
- Prepare regular reports and conducting monthly meetings to review performance
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in region.
- Manage, develop & strengthen customer relationships with existing & new customers
- Formulate and implement action plans for business development requirements
- Negotiate with customers for effective translation of business development opportunities to sales orders.
- Coordinate with the AGM / Head Business development to formulate business plans covering sales, costs, capital expenditure and manpower resources
- Liaison within internal functions to ensure a coordinated approach to develop of business opportunities
- Closely monitoring the industry trends for typical service segment, monitoring competition & developing key performance indicators for the long-termgrowth of company business.
- Research & identify the market, networking to identify new Customers
- Market Analysis, business planning, selling, pricing, negotiating, influencing, key account management.
