- Pre-bid meeting with client / Architects to understand the exact technical scope of project and
- Suggesting the modification (if any) to have the optimize solution for client.
- Ensure submission of Technical & Commercial Offer on time.
- Timely updating the status of leads & enquires in system/CRM
- Giving Technical Presentation to new clients
- 5. Having Technical & Commercial negotiations with client
- Preparing total project schedule
- Reviewing the Purchase Orders issued by client and requesting the changes required in PO as per the standard company policy.
- Preparing Job Approval Format for the booked order.
- Getting the drawings approved by client on time and entering the project in final detailing.
- Attending all kind of technical and commercial queries of client at all the stages of project.
- Ensuring project time lines with construction department and order management to adhere to contractual commitments.
