A manufacturing company specializing in innovative materials for visual expression is seeking a:
Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager will focus on increasing market share and sales within the assigned EMEA territory. Responsibilities include developing business with existing and new customers, launching new products, managing distribution channels, writing end-user specifications, and achieving sales and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow key accounts, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Management teams
- Build strong relationships with key executives in the region’s distribution channels
- Lead the execution of joint marketing plans and ensure alignment with company goals
- Conduct quarterly reviews to track progress and ensure goal achievement
- Exceed annual sales and margin targets by delivering exceptional service to distributors and clients
- Perform market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare reports, forecasts, and insights for senior management
- Continuously optimize sales processes, including lead generation and conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to customer needs
- Expand distribution networks in new markets as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field (preferred)
- Sales training focused on consultative or solutions selling (preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in the graphics signage industry, with expertise in digital print media and modern printing methods (solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV). Knowledge of coatings and laminating processes is a plus
- Fluent in English and Italian with strong communication skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory
