Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage regional sales teams, and expand market presence across assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, building institutional relationships, and strengthening B2B & B2C sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales targets and revenue growth.
- Manage and mentor Business Development teams.
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, and enterprise clients.
- Monitor sales performance and pipeline management.
- Develop regional sales strategies and expansion plans.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and conversions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in B2B/B2C sales.
- Team handling and regional sales management expertise.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in EdTech, Training, SaaS, or Education sectors preferred.
