Requirements & Skills:-
· They have proven work experience as a Regional sales manager in FMCG or OTC category.
· Experience managing a high-performance sales team
· An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
· Apt customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
· Strong communication and team management skills
· Open to travel as per requirement
· Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies
· Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
· Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
· Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
· Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
· Train & Coach the sales team
· Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Qualifications
· Proven experience in the FMCG & OTC sector
· Should have handled a zone for at least 3 years preferably 2 zones
