Sales Manager – HCM Business (HR SaaS) | 5-8 Years Experience
PeopleStrong is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our HCM SaaS business. This is a high-impact role where you will engage with C-level executives, own the enterprise sales pipeline, and close high-value deals. What You’ll Do:
✅ Own the sales pipeline – Drive revenue for our HCM SaaS product through enterprise sales and new business opportunities.
✅ Engage senior executives – Lead client presentations, discovery sessions, demos, and proposals to C-suite leaders.
✅ Build and scale sales processes – Develop a structured approach from prospecting to contract execution.
✅ Collaborate across teams – Work with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation.
✅ Leverage data for growth – Use CRM insights to manage the pipeline, track performance, and exceed revenue targets.
✅ Influence strategy – Provide feedback to product and leadership teams to align sales with company objectives.What You Bring:
✔ 5-8 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or HR tech.
✔ Proven success in value-based selling and building strong executive relationships.
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset – Experience in fast-paced or start-up environments is a plus.
