Job Description
We're looking to hire a passionate self-starter Regional Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead, who will be fully responsible for the local & international company's hires and employment brand. If you've a high sense of ownership, with exceptional interpersonal & communication skills, so we're looking for you!
Key responsibilities:
- As a Regional Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead, you'll be the one who builds and manages a long-term employer branding image, talent acquisition strategy and roadmap to attract talents to the company and align both candidates and employees experience.
- Working closely with different stakeholders & hiring managers (locally & internationally) to set and agree together on the hiring needs and the best fit for the role.
- You'll be the one respnsible for communicating & following-up on team objectives with all departments' leaders.
- You'll have the room to implement new recruitment processes and methods.
- Develop strategic relations with key contact persons within key associations to support the sourcing of top talents in the market.
- You'll be responsible for the full cycle hiring process; from the search to the signing of the candidate.
- Conducting a recruitment system infrastructure to follow up end to end recruitment journey.
- Working closely with the HRBPs to manage and coordinate all recruitment projects.
- Lead employer branding intiaives/ activities that supports the company's image and position in the market.
Key requirements:
- +10 years of experience in Talent Acquistion/ Employer Branding.
- Regional experience in GCC & Africa is a MUST.
- Experience in hiring both white & blue collars.
- Handling engineering (power, mechanical) roles would be a plus.
- Experience in conducting competency based interviews.
- Team Management experience.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is a must, French is a plus.
- Passionate caliber, self-driven with high sense of ownership.
- Flexibility to work with multiple stakeholders and capable to work with local and international teams.
