Required Qualifications:

Must-Haves…

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· 1-2 years of recruiting/staffing experience, preferably in a technical / IT related industry

· Expertise in Project Management in a deadline-driven environment

· Experience with direct sourcing and qualification of candidates, including utilizing behavioural-based interviewing techniques.

· Experience recruiting in a fast paced - high volume environment

· Thorough knowledge of recruiting/staffing database systems

· Business fluency in English, written and spoken

· Based in Egypt

· Strong business acumen

· Demonstrated strength in written and verbal communication
