Our client is a leading multinational healthcare and pharmaceutical organization. Currently hiring for its regional MENA team based in Dubai a Regional Training Manager
The incumbent will be responsible for providing various sorts of training for the entire team across the region as well as coaching the staff to assure the highest levels of productivity attained
The successful candidate needs to possess the below criteria:
*A MINIMUM of 3 years in a similar managerial role within the training function
*MULTINATIONAL experience is a MUST
*Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Cosmoceutical, FMCG corporate experience is MANDATORY
*FLUENT English language is mandatory, ARABIC is a strong plus
*MENA expeirence is a MUST
