Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) positions are available for one of the biggest Hospitals in Riyadah-Saudi Arabia . 

We are a seeking positive, energetic, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with prescriptive privileges and interpersonal skills to join a fast-growing, fast-paced team.

Position Summary 

Nurses care for people who are sick, injured, convalescent or disabled. Under general supervision, they deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with established philosophy. Nurses collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes

Position Responsibilities : Nurses provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. In addition to general nursing care, responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients
• Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health
• Preparing patients for exams and treatment
• Administering medications and treatments, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
• Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with the medical team
• Performing wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them
• Assisting in medical procedures as needed
• Operating and monitoring medical equipment

Knowldge and skills required :

• Bachelor of science in Nursing from an accredited National / International university college 
• Valid nursing license from country of origin required .
• Valid professional licennse from comission for Health Specialities .
• Minimum (2) years post graduate clinical experience 
• Preferred experience areas : Short Stay Unite - PICU - ER - Surgical - ICU - Burn Unit - Special Unit Assignment
• Current valid certification of Basic Life supporter 
• Excellent communication skills
• Team work player
