Responsibilities

- Responsible for setting up configuration environment for all project stakeholders. Performs configuration audits and writes configuration records and reports
- Creates baselines of preliminary selected working products
- Configures Change Management and Problem Tracking tools
- Creates releases from baselined products
- Supports in setting up HW infrastructure
- Maintains the continuous integration environment
- Supervises the continuous integration environment (performance & stability)
- Supports for SW developers and release managers for CI & local build environment
- Identifies the repeating tasks for possible automation
- Maintains and configures the applications of the CI environment
- Implements cross-project tooling solutions

Skills

Must have

- Several years of experience in a DevOps role (coding and scripting for the automation)
- Knowledge about several DevOps Tools (version control, configuration management, continuous integration, continuous testing, network protocols)
- Knowledge of the key-concepts of DevOps (e.g. Config-as-code, Infrastructure-as-code)
- Proven skills and experienced with C, C++, Python
- CI/tooling skills: Git, Python, bash scripting, Docker, bazel test and build automation
- Problem solving, critical thinking, user-oriented mindset, communication and cooperation ability, proactivity, flexibility
- Knowledge about agile methods in SW development
- Fluent in English

Nice to have

- AUTOSAR experience
- Experienced in working in agile development area
- Experienced in scrum and kanban
- Experienced in working in cross functional area with real end-to-end product
