Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and engaging with DSAs (connector-based DSAs and call center DSAs) across the country.
- Owning and forming channel strategy, schemes, payout mechanisms, and IT/tech interventions required, additionally need to implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes, and growth.
- Identifying new initiatives to grow the channel and implementing them on the ground.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on the ground and maximize daily delivery.
- Set up processes for file pickup for disbursement from partners & manage the timely turnaround of individual case files.
- Training and mentoring regional DSA heads/DSA KAMs, as well as external partners and their connectors and callers on a regular basis, providing them with pointed feedback to grow delivery.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience with a DSA Aggregator is preferred
- High Sales Orientation to meet the sales targets consistently is a must
- The ability to deal with stakeholders efficiently and manage complex client situations is a must
- Previous experience in BFSI and immediate joiners would be given preference
- Banking professionals with a strong understanding of credit operations are also welcome to apply
