Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our Client Corporate Banking team in Senegal. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. You will play a vital role in expanding the corporate client base, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial objectives and requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Regularly review client portfolios to ensure their financial needs are met and proactively identify opportunities for upselling banking products and services.
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze the financial health and performance of corporate clients, including cash flow, risk assessment, and creditworthiness.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals and make recommendations for credit approvals or enhancements.
Customized Banking Solutions:
- Collaborate with product specialists to create customized banking solutions that align with the unique needs of corporate clients.
- Present and pitch banking products and services to clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
Portfolio Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the corporate client base.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the bank's growth and profitability.
Risk Management:
- Monitor and manage the credit risk associated with corporate client portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in corporate banking or relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and banking products and services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet targets.
- Knowledge of local and international banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Fluency in both English and French is highly desirable.
