Job Title: Relationship Manager, Retail Banking - Ghana

Job Purpose:
Market the Bank products with the objective of meeting financial targets while ensuring that customers’ needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- To aggressively market and sell the Banks’ products
- Win new customers to the bank
- Ensure the retention of existing customers
- Ensure the creation of risk Assets for the Business Office.
- Significantly contribute to deposit liability mobilization
- Drive the reactivation of inactive and dormant accounts
- Ensure the Bank Brand projection and visibility amongst new and existing customers
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the assigned Team Leader
Challenges:
- Inadequacy of human and material resources
- Dealing with approval delays from management
- Dealing with enormous workload
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of deliveries on all financial targets vs. planned
- Customer service delivery index
- TAT in carrying out activities and meeting deadlines/targets
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum education level-First Degree in any Social Sciences discipline
Experience:
- Minimum experience- 4-year relevant experience.
