We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented folks to assist in improving the operations and decision-making of our business. The candidate’s responsibilities include ideating, researching, collecting, analysing, and using the data to guide the business's decision-making. A suitable candidate should be prepared to research across cross functional divisions to support the business and strategy teams.

What will you Work on?

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
• Quantitative research methodologies include data mining, creating financial models, and performing valuation analysis
• Qualitative research methodologies include performing market research and collecting business intelligence
•  Research on new fields of expansion for the company – Stakeholder calls, primary research, field visits
• Strong abilities to convert research into strong hypothesis for business units to implement and execute.
• Work across different research fields to optimise for – Revenue expansion, Cost optimisation Operational efficiencies, compliances, competitor analysis etc.
• Identifying and analysing trends and forecasts and recommending improvements to the business processes.
• Researching market trends, conducting surveys, analysing data from competitors, and analysing the business's operations, and customer retention to identify patterns of potential issues or improvements.
• Using statistical, economic, and data modelling techniques and tools.
• Organizing and analysing data, creating charts and graphs, and presenting your findings to the leadership team.

Does the below sound like you?

• Minimum of 5 years of strong research experience
• You have a  degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with data modelling softwares
• Strong skills across Business Intelligence & excel modelling
• Strong skill sets in writing detailed memos presented to Business Unit Heads
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills.
• Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
• Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team
