Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant – (Sales & Business Development)
Location: Indore
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full recruitment cycle including client engagement, candidate sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new clients to build a strong and diverse portfolio.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and HR teams to understand recruitment needs.
- Candidate Pipeline: Build and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates through various sourcing methods—LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and database.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and regional offices to share market insights and candidate data.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws; maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance recruitment and sales skills.
