Reservation Manager
As a Reservation Manager you will be the main lead in creating a positive experience for our guests during the reservations activities, ensuring that all team members interactions with the guests are authentic and memorable.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the activity of the Reservations Department.
- Motivating the reservations team in order to improve sales and quality of services.
- Making sure the team is fully informed of all hotel’s rates.
- Working closely with the revenue team to implement pricing strategy of the property and manage day-to-day optimal room occupancy.
- Ensuring a good relationship with the front office department.
- Promoting and overseeing activities of up-selling and cross-selling.
- Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
- Ensuring policies and procedures compliance.
