Responsibilities:
Monitor, operate, and maintain network security products, assist with troubleshooting, plan upgrades, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions. Perform moderate product customizations and act as a trusted advisor to customers. Collaborate closely with sales, support, and R&D teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a software company

• Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX environments

• Experience with networking devices (switches, routers, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)

• Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud security management

• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills

• Able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines

• Customer-focused with the ability to build trust

• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Willing to travel up to 35%, including frequent on-site visits across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East

Preferred Skills:

• Scripting skills in Linux (Perl, Python, Shell)

• Familiarity with virtual routing and software-defined networking (SDN)
