Role Overview

A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Respiratory District Manager to oversee and drive the performance of its respiratory portfolio across Greater Cairo. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Medical Representatives, execute strategic business plans, and ensure the achievement of sales and market share objectives within the assigned district.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives to ensure strong execution and performance.

• Implement sales strategies and action plans to drive portfolio growth.

• Monitor district performance, analyze market dynamics, and identify opportunities for expansion.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the respiratory field.

• Ensure proper execution of marketing and promotional activities.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

• Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and insights to senior management.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a District Manager
✔ Proven expertise in the Respiratory therapeutic area within the Greater Cairo region
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
✔ Solid analytical and strategic planning capabilities
