*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, Train, develop, and mentor restaurant staff to provide topnotch service and enhance their skills.
• Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain the quality and consistency of the food offerings.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and assess the restaurant's performance, making datadriven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.

*Qualifications:*

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a highend dining establishment at least 5 years
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including frontof-house and backof-house processes.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer feedback effectively.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Knowledge of Dubai's dining industry trends and regulations.
• Fluent in English
