For an iconic 5*L Hotel in Como we are looking for a

Restaurant Manager

• Deliver a delighted bar and dining experience to our guests
• Ensure maintain smooth daily operation and high-quality service standard of the restaurant
• Handle complaints and comments tactfully
• Liaise closely with the kitchen team on food quality or presentation
• Liaise with internal and external parties on new menus and promotions
• Develop and maintain good relationships with guests

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in Fine Dining restaurant at similar capacity, Michelin-starred restaurant experience preferred 
• Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills
• Passion in customer service and hospitality industry
• Able to work under pressure
• International exposure will be an advantage
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
