Divisional Manager (Multiple Stores)

I am seeking an experienced Retail Divisional Manager from within a retail background who has looked after multiple stores (This role will be looking after 10 Stores located in various locations in the UK)

It also involves working 1 day a week from their Head office which is located in Hayes and at least 3 days a week spent in the stores. Candidates will need to be flexible and happy to travel around (they offer a car allowance or a company car as part of their package)

You must have experience managing multiple sites

A proven track record of sales growth from the stores you manage

An excellent understanding of Retail Management

A great leader who can guide, lead and improve the stores performances

IT literate and the ability to use Power BI, Powerpoint and Excel

A confident person with the ability to put together and deliver engaging informative presentations

This is a hands on role and will require a person who has excellent administrative skills as it will involve ensuring all stock reports, order requests are correct and that payroll and bonus is correctly processed for those working in the stores
