The Retail Expansion Manager will be resonslible for identifying and manageing new retail lease opportunities within Hungary reoporting to the Regional Director of Leasing and Expansion

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and building relationships with landlords, construction companies, agencies.
• Market & location analysis, competition analysis.
• Management of the entire negotiation process – commercial conditions, technical specifications, lease contracts.
• Elaboration of strategy and projects presentations.
• Preparation of the business plans in terms of market, location requirements, space configuration, financial and legal terms.
• Managing expansion plans in coordination with the HQ
• Portfolio management of existing stores – monitoring performance, handling lease term prolongations or terminations.
• Managing internal documentation related to leasing projects.
• Cooperation with Technical Department and Legal Department 
• Cooperation and communication with the corresponding department at the company HQ

Expectations

• Previous experience of 3+ years, in a similar position (retail network expansion or commercial real estate leasing).
• Good knowledge of the commercial real estate market.
• Excellent  English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Very good organizational and communication skills.
• Time management and adherence to schedules and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for business travel as needed
