Designation: Retail Finance manager

Experience: 10-15 yrs in Retail Finance

Reporting: Head Sales

Location: Pune (MH)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiate and execute tie up with banks at corporate level and generating schemes with NBFC’s for financing passenger and cargo small commercial vehicles for easy and affordable finance availability
• Monitor over the retail development across the territories of dealer.
• Provide channel finance to dealer as per sales requirement.
• Activate customized finance schemes for having a competitive advantage in the region.
• Provide Competitive and differentiated financial packages to customers with strategic campaigns.
• Liaise with senior officials of Banks and NBFC’s and build relationships at regional and branch level.
• Work closely with dealership managers, retail finance executives and monitor proposal movement
• Organize financier meets and vehicle delivery functions and reduce dependency on a financier.
• Ensure dealerships have dedicated teams for retail finance. Building team and training them.
• Reduce turnaround time from enquiry to retail and create competitive advantage in sales facilitation.
• MIS analysis of financier wise share at dealerships and take corrective actions by clearing bottlenecks.
• Ensure sustainability of finance schemes for the organization
