1,Daily Store Operations: Oversee daily functioning of all retail stores — opening/closing procedures, store housekeeping, security, Licensing & Compliances, Asset Management, Data analysis, Cash management, Cafe operations management and overall store readiness for customers.
2. Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with procurement/merchandising teams for replenishment, ensure accurate stock records, manage stock transfers, minimize shrinkage or losses - Validate daily stock count with commercial POCs at store
3. Sales & Performance Analysis: Review daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, analyse performance vs. targets, identify trends, gaps or opportunities, and help devise action plans in coordination with Retail Head and store teams
4. Compliance & Store Standards: Ensure adherence to company SOPs (standard operating procedures), brand policies, health & safety regulations, and other regulatory or legal requirements relevant to jewellery retail (e.g. security, documentation)
5. Team Management & Leadership: Work with store managers and staff — support hiring, training, onboarding, performance reviews, coaching, staffing schedules; motivate store teams to deliver great customer experience and operational discipline
6. Customer Experience & Escalations: Handle complex customer issues or escalations, ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction; ensure the store ambiance, merchandising and visual standards match brand promise.
