Responsibility:
• Responsible for P&L of the region and stores.
• Manage a team of Area Managers, Trainers, Regional VM and Regional BD
• Competition Benchmarking
• Market Insights.
• Hiring
• Training Requirements.
• Expansion.
• Responsible for Service Standards and Store Hygiene. Measurement:
• PSPM Target vs Achievement.
• Growth in Revenue per Walkin.
• New Business Target vs Achievement.
• New Store Performance against Commitment.
• Same Store Growth.
• Profitability at Store level and Region level.
• MA, Internal Audits, NPS Scores.
• Commercial Hygiene.
Qualification:
• MBA/PGDM with at least 10 Years of Experience.
• At least 8 Years of experience in Retail.
• At least 1year experience in Region Management.
• Strong Analytical Ability.
• High on Energy.
• Experience of managing a large team.
