Responsibilities

• organise all stores operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel 
• supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance 
• prepare and control the stores budget aiming for maximum expenditure and efficiencz 
• monotor stock levels and purchases 
• plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays 
• keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for impovements in the store 
• analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts 

Candidate profile

• BSc, BA as minimal education level from Economics or other relevant field
• Knowledge of retail management best practices 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Analytical mind, commercial awarenes, excellent organizing skills 
• Interest for regional retail sales market and competitors would be a plus
