PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Sales Team Management ( Administratively & Functionally)
· Implementation of HO Strategies & Regional directives
· Taking ownership of Van salesman sales & collection targets and ensuring it is achieved every month
· Customer service, support and merchandising
· Van salesman support in resolving market issues
· Stock / balance verification in the market for all of salesmen
· Key account and new account development
· Verification of Invoices and Receipt generation by Van salesman
· Ensure on time cash deposits and compliance of SOPs in the financial areas
· Check and facilitate stock issuance to his salesmen almost every day from the plant
· Tracking and updating the salesman of all the KPIs from the department scorecard on a Weekly basis.
· Major focus on overdue and follow M ups/visits to ensure it is recovered.
· Route riding with 2 salesman every week is mandatory
Related Work Experience
- 5 years’ experience in sales in the same industry, particularly within a retail sales experience.
- A previous job as a VSM would be ideal.
- Experience in MS Office and retail sales systems
- Good communication/leadership skills
