For a Luxury International Hotel Company, we’re looking for a:

Revenue Manager

You will be directly reporting to the Corporate Director of Revenue and directly responsible for:

Main duties

• Defining and applying Total Revenue Management strategies and tactics as well as reaching set targets.
• Maximizing revenue managing rates, inventory, demand, forecasts and market analysis
• Identifying revenue opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a trustful relationship with hotels and key partners
• Helping with the development of a long-term vision
• Defining budget and strategic planning

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3-4 years as Revenue Manager.
• Experience in Luxury Hospitality is mandatory. Previous experience in the Reservations department will be considered a plus.
• Mastering the use of the RMS Ideas is mandatory
• Fluency in English (oral and written) and Italian
• Strong analytical skills
• Target-oriented and flexible
• Problem-solving
