Key Responsibilities

Define and implement Total Revenue Management strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.

Optimize rates, inventory, demand forecasts, and conduct detailed market analysis to maximize revenue.

Identify new revenue opportunities and develop innovative pricing strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key partners.

Contribute to the development of the long-term revenue vision and support strategic planning.

Participate in budget definition and forecasting activities.
What We Are Looking For
-
3–4 years of experience as a Revenue Manager, preferably in luxury hospitality.

Previous experience in a Reservations Department will be considered a strong asset.

Expertise with PMS Opera Cloud; knowledge of RMS IDeaS is a plus.
-
Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive, target-driven approach.
