• Design SOPs like pre-delivery product photos, OTP validation, QC checks with 3PLs.

• Build tech workflows: dashboards, exception handling, SLA tracking.

• Own revenue, cost, and client satisfaction (NPS, QC accuracy, TAT).

• Lead cross-functional collaboration across tech, ops, BD, and finance.

Who Should Apply:

• 7–12 yrs in logistics/supply chain with both forward & reverse logistics exposure.

• Experience in designing and implementing reverse logistics SOPs.

• Strong leadership in process design, tech integration, and client SLAs.
