Role: Head – Reverse Pickup with Quality Check (RVP-QC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & implement scalable RVP-QC processes across doorstep, hub & central QC stations

• Collaborate with tech, operations, and sales for cross-functional rollout

• Lead GTM strategy, pricing, and client onboarding

• Own P&L, drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• 5–12 yrs in logistics, e-comm ops, or SCM; 5+ yrs in leadership roles

• Strong domain knowledge in reverse logistics, QC workflows, and SLA management

• Excellent communication, analytical, and program management skills
