£35,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you a detail-driven Revit/BIM Technician looking to take the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has opened up to join a dynamic building services consultancy based in the heart of London. You'll be part of a collaborative and innovative team working on a wide range of technically challenging projects from concept to completion.
This is a great role for someone who wants to develop their Building Information Modelling expertise while playing a key part in shaping BIM standards, tools, and workflows in a forward-thinking environment.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in BIM or a closely related discipline
• Proven experience working on building services design
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A methodical and detail-focused approach to your work
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and applying your knowledge of Revit and other design software
• Collaborating on the design and delivery of building services projects
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of BIM standards and technical processes
• Exploring and implementing new BIM trends and digital tools
• Streamlining workflows through the development of Revit tools
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and other key industry standards

It would be great if you also have:

• Familiarity with BIM best practices and digital engineering trends
• Experience in a consultancy or multidisciplinary environment
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM protocols
