SHORT DESCRIPTION
- Leads organisational design and workforce planning to align with the Bank's strategy.
- Advises on compensation, benefits, and market benchmarking.
- Develops and implements reward strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Conducts pay reviews, ensures gender pay equity, and supports reward-related projects.
- Provides expert guidance to leadership on compensation and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Oversees the development of reward frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals, diversity, and market competitiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or a related field
- Professional HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD/SHRM/SAP certification)
- At least 10-12 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a globally recognized Reward Consultancy practice
- Experience in designing, managing, and implementing Reward Strategies and frameworks
- A solid background in data analysis, including the ability to produce clear and actionable reports for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of job evaluation schemes and job analysis processes
