- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- NRP certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
- At least 1 year of experience in Antepartum Nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the antepartum unit.
- Monitor and manage the health conditions of pregnant patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-care procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Screening Questions:
- Do you have at least 1 year of experience as an RN in an Antepartum environment? (Note: Clinical rotation in school and residency programs do not count)
Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses at least 1 year of Antepartum Nursing experience (excluding new graduates).
