Responsibilities-
- Assisting the Restaurant Partner’s as per set SOPs.
- Communicating with the Restaurant for any updates or changes in the Customer order.
- Updating information on the respective platform and registering the complaints.
- Liaise with Internal departments if any order related issue is reported.
- Categorising the queries department-wise and updating the respective departments.
- Handling Customer Complaints and Following up until they are resolved.
- Making Outbound calls for Customer feedback.
- Updating information on different platforms as advised by the management.
Requirement-
- Strong Romanian Communication skills
- Intermediate English Speaking skills
- Proven Experience as Customer Support Associate or similar
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
