For luxury resort in central Italy we are looking for a
Rooms Division Manager
The role:
The ideal candidate has previous working experience at international level in the same role. He / She is a Leader, capable to manage and deal with a team of professionals. He / She needs to maintain and consolidate the well-known exceptional service of the Room Division. This is a key position since the Rooms Division leadership will directly impact the operational team’s motivation and actions Reports to General Manager.
Main Duties:
- He/She is responsible for Concierge, Front Office, Guest Relation and Housekeeping departments.
- Responsible for staff training, coaching and development.
- Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback.
- Set clear goals and expectations and maximize resource allocation to deliver an exceptional and consistent high level of service to internal and external customers by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
- Responsible for managing the division in compliance with financial objectives.
- He/She is a brand ambassador and he/she spread the brand culture.
- He/She takes care of guests with a strong PR approach.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in the hospitality business for luxury properties, preferably at international level, as Front of House Manager or Rooms Division Manager.
- Fluent in English. A good knowledge of Italian is preferred but not essential.
- PC literate.
