Profile:
Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore
Team: Team Handling role
Reporting to: Zonal Sales Manager
Requirement:
- Proven track record of successful leadership, management and coaching across functionally or functional individuals and teams.
- Knowledge of territory and relationships with key stakeholders already established.
- Ability to build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other relevant stakeholders.
- Well versed with regional language-Tamil. (Must have)
- Strong experience in handling direct team of 3-4 individual contributors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Potential:
Upward: Candidate will grow as Sr. Regional Manager, Zonal Manager, can expect bigger team with larger business volume to handle, depending upon the performance & value addition.
