Sales Account – Veneto

The role:

Reporting to the Area Manager Nord Est, the Sales account will be responsible for developing new business and for maintaining the customer portfolio in the provinces of Treviso, Belluno and Venice. Target customers will be architects, designers and installers.

Main duties:

• Promote and sell the organization’s products and services within a sales team to achieve established sales targets and to improve the overall results in accordance with the organization’s overall sales strategy.
• Act with a high sized influence/responsibility within the sales structure of the organization and with a very high sized within the area of responsibility.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective key - customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
• Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and key customer demands.
• Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.
• Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
• Coach sales representatives with less experience on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services and support them to achieve their sales targets.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience as sales account in lighting industry
• Previous experience in dealing with architects, designers and installers
• Resides or willing to relocate to Treviso/Belluno/Venice provinces
• Strong Knowledge of technical lighting products
• Team player with excellent relational and communication skills
• Result driven, resilient and determined
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent Italian and good command of English language
