- Determine and formulate Sales strategies and provide overall direction to the business. Develop Customer Segmentation Strategy and appropriate Marketing Strategy.
- Propose budgets for planned investments and oversee company revenue from business.
- Manage the sales activities and programs of an organization, works in Sales Management, and is responsible for attaining monthly or annual sales targets, building up distribution channels, establishing strategic business relations, and providing idea for all strategic sales plans and their implementation. The individual is also responsible for controlling the selling costs with the objective of achieving predetermined net profit yields.
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. A strategic technical presales position working in partnership with relevant practice team, Services and Partner teams to strategically approach Enterprise Clients in the Gulf region, drive market penetration and revenue growth in a specific product set, this includes
- Creation of product set value proposition and opportunity generation plans
- Manage opportunity pipeline and live opportunities to completion
- Develop customer case studies to evidence value proposition Ensure partner readiness and commitment to deliver solutions A brief list of Duties & Responsibilities and not limited to: Devise and deploy all sales objectives and goals across the company, including sales targets and budgets preparation and provides final authorization on all sales appoint decisions.
- Build opportunity generation plans for the practice product set. Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Developing and implementing quarterly and annual sales programs, plans, and policies for every sales manager.
- Managing the performance and activities of the entire sales units, including account managers, regional managers, and staff.
- Develop and implement reseller agreements, distribution strategies, and other sales opportunities.
- Nominate high quality solution wins to customer evidence team.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Build new business relationships and expanding the business opportunities with ITQAN’s existing customers. This includes development of new accounts, selling new business to existing accounts, and management of resources performing on accounts.
- Support work force management process including recruitment and manpower planning and Create training and development programs for sales managers after careful assessment of their qualifications and competencies
- Align professional staff career management to maximize business revenue and margin
