Our Client is among the leading distribution companies in Europe. They are recognized for their competitive products and value-added services, as well as for their excellent customer service. The customer portfolio of the company consists of over 2.500 commercial clients, while it is continuously expanding its product portfolio into new categories, to provide value to its partners.
For their growing operations in Poland (and based in any city, preferably in Center/North part of the Country) they are looking for a ‘Sales Account Manager’.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a sales plan that enhances & expands the strong market presence
- Providing feedback on competitor activity
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Achieve additional space and displays of our products
- Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and propose appropriate action to take
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Visit wholesalers of assigned regions, check their stock status and collect orders
- Achieve sales targets in specified market segments
- Ensure stock’s proper & attractive visibility
- Avoid out of stock status
- Meet customer needs with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Maintain accurate sales records of sales meetings, sales calls
- Building rapport with client contacts and wholesalers
- Ensure orders are processed and delivered effectively
- Ensure quality and consistency of product delivery
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Your Profile:
- Strong academic background
- 4-6 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager, involvement in Consumer Batteries / Led Bulbs will be a strong asset.
- Strong English skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
