• Facilitate administrative activities of Account Mgrs. - maintaining leave records, Attendance details, Assisting the GM- Sales & Marketing in admin functions
• Record and monitor Sales Return of Products
• Track and process Credit/ Debit notes received from the distributors, stockists, Hospitals
• Track and monitor field working of sales managers, regional sales managers, Business heads, Deputy Regional sales managers, Key Accounts manager, and Jr. Officer
• Resolving day-to-day sales and admin queries raised by Field Staff
• Payment follow-up with the parties

ASSISTANCE IN TENDER SALES
• Ensure to submit the tender inquiry in time with all relevant documentation and get feedback
• Ensure error-free documentation for Contract Execution of approved tenders within the deadlines given by the institutes

Sum (Date of response date of the query)/no. of queries
DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT
• Compile and maintain sales data with various permutations and combinations
• Maintain records of trade agreements with parties
• Maintain records of Company accessories like samples, marketing inputs, fogging machines, etc.
• Tender documentation work, like online application,s etc.; Rate Inquiry (Documentation), Registration (Documentation)
• Manage and track the Sales related MoUs (eg. Rate concessions for a specific duration) and proactively highlight the termination dates of the same.
• Lay down the Sales Return Procedure to record and monitor Sales Return of Products

MIS AND REPORTING
• Share weekly report on the number of calls/meetings done by each sales executive with the dealers
• Request for secondary sales plan and prepare secondary sales statement on a monthly basis.
• Analyze sales efforts v/s business gained and conduct root-cause analysis where the business is not generated irrespective of repeat visits/meetings
• Conduct stock movement analysis of dealers and stockists and share monthly insights to the sales team on the same
• Conduct analysis on Marketing Expenses (MEAF) v/s Business projections and actuals

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
• Facilitate timely induction of the Sales team
• Organize and conduct CMEs/CNEs/Workshop in new and/or existing hospitals and arrange inputs on time for conduction of activity
Requirements
• Education Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Knowledge of using SAP Software will be an added advantage.
• Excellent networking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Possesses good analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
