Starting Salary - £22,000 -£23,000, 28 days holiday, monthly bonuses
Offices based Stockley Park, Uxbridge
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensure orders are correctly entered onto the system
- That orders are shipped out in a timely manner
- Ensure documents are correct for invoicing purposes
- Sending out reports
- Resolving queries
- Processing returns
- Dealing with customer requests via phone & email
Skills required:
- Tech savvy and able to use MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Fast learner of their system (SAP)
- Proactive
- Team Player
- Meticulous and highly organised
- Able to prioritise workload
