Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Generating reports and analyzing data to support sales strategies.
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Proficiency in SAP is a must.
- Previous experience in a sales administration role is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
