Job Description
Sales Administrator required for a Luxury brand based in Uxbridge/Hayes,
£25,000 plus monthly bonus paid quarterly
What the role involves:
- Processing orders
- Key Accounts (Wholesale) administration
- Communicating updates with customers
- Ensure stock is moved to correct order fulfilment
- Ensure invoices are sent correctly
- Deal with customer returns
- Updating spreadsheets
- General Administration
What the role requires:
- Good (Intermediate) Excel skills (Formulas, Pivots & V look ups)
- Previous office customer service administration experience, at least 1 year
- Enthusiastic
- Excellent Team player
- Analytically Minded
