Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:
Utilize proven direct selling techniques to achieve sales targets and expand business within the HORECA and retail sectors. -
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships. -
Digital Marketing:
Lead online marketing initiatives including SEO, social media campaigns, and email marketing to boost visibility and drive leads. -
Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze customer data, competitor trends, and campaign performance to inform business strategy and decision-making. -
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Manage contract negotiations and close deals that align with business objectives and profitability goals. -
Marketing Materials & Presentations:
Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials tailored to various customer segments. -
Creative Campaigns:
Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement. -
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with product development, operations, and logistics teams to align sales and marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the food industry.

Existing network within HORECA and supermarket chains is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.

Demonstrated creativity in campaign development and execution.
