Sales & Marketing Manager Italy

The role

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility of company's commercial activities
• Responsibility for people management in order to fulfil budget and product/brand strategy goals which ensure realization of company’s business objectives
• Achieving Sales Plan and search for new opportunities
• Accountable for implementing global company’s standards, policies and procedures locally with full compliancy with local regulations, managing external relations on the local market
• Responsible for growing the business of his/her product portfolio in the territory

Task

• Strong experience in monitoring daily sales and measuring results
• Ensures brand strategy is aligned with the Commercial International strategic objectives
• Enforces a culture of compliance and best practice as well as a commitment to continuously improves efficiency and effectiveness of region operations
• Oversees planning, analytics and project implementation to ensure successful delivery
• Ensures short and long term revenue opportunities are maximized in order to achieve commercial targets
• Interacts with local payers, KOLs, patient organizations, and key stakeholders
• Works with GM to ensure effective internal evaluation of each market including definition of cross-functional impact assessments, market entry strategy and requirements, resources and business case development

Requirements

• Previous experience of about 5 years in sales management position in a pharmaceutical company (preferable from generics industry)
• Fluent in English
• Excellence orientation in market environment
• Local legal regulation knowledge and business understanding
• A previous experience in a marketing role would be a plus
• Negotiation and time management skills
• Available to travel around Italy
