Sales & Marketing Manager

The role of Sales & Marketing Manager Surgical Care is a great career opportunity to join the Management Team of a high-performing innovative organization, which generates improvement in people’s lives, creates sustainable change, contributes to the improvement of local Healthcare, and provides the lifesaving innovations for the patients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the strategy for Surgical Care Business Group in Romania;
• Develop and lead the team for the Surgical Care portfolio;
• Is responsible for relationship development with the clients and partners (enlarging the client base, product base and the orders value) and provide clinical support to clients;
• Achieve the sales team targets established by the Company’s management;
• Analyses on a frequent basis the relationship between supplier and client, monitors the satisfaction level of the clients and makes proposals for business optimization;
• Review periodically the market size and potential and identifies new potential clients in order to grow the market share;
• Analyses the market, prices, trends and needs of the clients and established together with the Commercial Manager the price policy;
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports, and forecasts to the management team;

Candidate Profile:

• Previous managerial experience in Healthcare industry, ideal surgical division;
• Mandatory experience in sales and clinical support of medical devices/medical consumables;
• Excellent influence and negotiation skills;
• Mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and Team members;
• Strong client and market focused perspective;
• Excellent verbal, presentation and writing skills in English;
• Availability to travel;
